HTV
HTV is the broadcaster for Wales (HTV Wales) and the West of England (you guessed it - HTV West!). The name HTV comes from Lord Harlech, its founder, though it is now owned by Lord Hollick's United Media Group. Will shortly be taken over by Carlton if rumours are correct.
